This is similar to the Latex notation and the OpenOffice mathematical editor input, but in a WYSWYG way, without a specific window for typing commands and without a “\” prefix. In a near future, we will give the possibility to the user to choose the names of the actions and we will memorise this in a user profile. Special characters, like Greek letters, can also be typed using a name like “omega”. For other operators, a localised name is used, for example “root” in English and “racine” in French. It is very pleasant to get a superscript just by typing “^” and a subscript just by typing “_”. ![]() operator can be typed with the keyboard, some with a standard typing (like - * /).
